Im trying to figure out an issue before throwing money around lol there is a boost leak or sc issues that only getting me 2.5-3 psi about 5-6 less psi than when it was originally. There is also a coolant leak somewhere but its not getting on the driveway but I can smell it and have to refill it every so often. This is my first Mini Cooper and would love the help.

Coolant leak is most likely the thermostat housing or gasket. Common problem, allows just enough coolant to leak that it pools on top of the transmission and evaporates off. Requires replacement of housing and gasket, not expensive. Use OEM.

Secondary possibility is the water pump seals are failing. They do over time. The water pump is built to weep a tiny bit when new, and has a little reservoir that catches the fluid and allows it to evaporate without spilling out. But eventually the water pump seals allow enough coolant past that it will run down the front of the engine block.

For a boost leak that large, it's most likely a torn or leaking intercooler boot. Could also be a faulty bypass valve, or even a small hole in the intercooler.
